What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? There are some events and good things at this company from time to time. And they do take suggestions occasionally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating between departments and just overall vibe. There is a lot of hostility going around I feel and a lot of departments slacking and other people getting yelled at that have nothing to do with it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They should pay their employees better for all the work that they do. Fx they should pay their TAs more than minimum hourly wage since they have to practice outside of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My department works well together and helps each other out but maybe my supervisor could do a bit more and put less on his assistants.
