Leadership team is very friendly and punctual.

Set a vision and a plan for the company aside from "make money"
Learn how to retain good employees.
The leadership team must get better at transparency. The politics need to go too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is always on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are abysmal. The people who own stock in the company know it will never be worth anything
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hierarchy is flat, everyone is equal and willing to learn from each other.
My team is cooperative, helpful and empathetic
The non-leadership people you work with are usually really good.
My direct manager is top notch. They respond quickly to issues that arise and trust us to get our job done without micromanaging

Environment is very friendly and there is no constraints about any particular thing.
The people you work on projects with are usually really wonderful, caring, and smart, and want to do great work.

More non work related activities
What did you like most about the interview process?
People at MM were really good to the mark, My First Interview was MM the process was really good i.e they start with different round First round is Writing down Test cases of any App 2.Technical round 3.Cultural round but finally It was a Great experience
