The interview process was transparent and completely relevant to the role I applied. The people who interviewed me were knowledgable communicative and positive about their experience.
There were two interviews. The first was with leadership, was conversational, and felt like it was primarily for culture fit. The second was with future colleagues and was more about the job's duties. They were better at gauging my abilities and could best answer my job-specific questions.

Completely remote. No garbage/unpersonable group interview. Interview did not feel like a string along or a sales pitch. did not require any personal monetary or resource investment (yes, I have had that before)
