they have competetive rates ?
fair market value and opportunity for growth
High salary, but not much else in term of additional compensation e.g bonuses, 401k matching

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Postive are shifts wen come in or good. Negative i have had enough shifts
Hard to say at minute cause iv only had 3 shifts
The clinical team is always trying to do their best to take care of the patient.
