How It Works
Submit A Ticket Online You can visit the website, click " Submit a Request " on your first visit, and submit a request via a simple web form. When submitting a ticket online you have the ability to specify more information to better route your request.
Email Us You can continue to email [email protected] in the same way that you always have, but you will now receive an automated e-mail response to create a password to submit your request on your first e-mail to the Tech Desk. Once you setup a password the first time, you won’t have to do it again, and you can just email the help desk address in the same way you always have going forward. You will also be able to check the status of past e-mail requests via the Tech Desk website.
Call Us You can call the 888 number above and if someone’s immediately available, it will be routed to an available member of the team. If no one is available, you can leave a voice message and a ticket will be automatically created.
