They have provided with me the software and knowledge to do my job right.

The payment its too fast

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
feel like I am not getting enough recognition for the work I have done and still doing.
I feel like as models, we should get over 50%. Without no models, there is no MFC
What are some of the best things about your team?
Help each other and be safe
They let me do my job at my own pace and very well educated in the digital technology culture we have built.
The comunication with the team is the best we are working as a real team
Everyone is happy by managing their own schedules and lives.
The diversity of the team is amazing

Everyone seems to only be positive.
The environment is enjoyable to work in because we get to control it ourselves

The models and their behaviors towards the companies structure and and chain of command.

Learning the business on a hands on basis.
