Mr. R. Bryan Riggsbee has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Myriad Genetics Inc. since joining on October 16, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President since October 16, 2014. Mr. Riggsbee previously served 10 years with Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance with responsibility for the financial planning and analysis and treasury functions. Prior to LabCorp, he served in various finance positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric Company. Mr. Riggsbee began his career in the audit division of KPMG. Mr. Riggsbee is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina. Mr. Riggsbee holds Masters of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
