Obtaining metrics from employees and teams rather than making decisions based strictly on what a dashboard says.
Valuing its employees. We know benefit cuts come out of our pockets, not the company's.

I love the awardco program and how it helps boost employee morale. The pay is fair, there are fertility benefits, several health plans fo choose from which is more than I expected from a company based outside of CA

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefit cuts. Quit making the employees suffer so that Wall Street can make more money. Myriad used to value its employees. They don't anymore.

Remote, collaborative, bright, team-oriented, and good humans.
Smart & driven. I have really enjoyed the collaboration with my teammates.

Ask more clarifying questions during meetings

No negativity from coworkers or supervisor
We are allowed to work at our own pace, our individual performance metrics are very clear (which is great!), people on the team and also outside of the team in different departments are very friendly & supportive
Mission focused, and the day to day recruiter enjoyed working with each other and getting the work done.
The most positive thing is probably some of the people that work with me

I liked every single person I interviewed with -- smart, considerate, informed, kind.
It provided a good glimpse into the work I would be doing.

The people I interviewed with are terrific, conversational, and inquisitive.

Schedule interviews faster. Internal recruiters need to be on top of things, and they just aren't.

Working from home and working four ten hour shiftsz
My coworkers are really supportive, my management chain is transparent & very helpful & caring, my work is very engaging and I feel like i am learning something new each day!
I really enjoy the type of work I do to begin with. But having realistic goals and working with supportive teammates to accomplish it, on time, is very satisfying.
Being trusted to do the work and being listened to when there are challenges that need to be addressed.

Quit treating employees like they are expendable.

Ability to work from home

Employee appreciation. Yearly surveys with no response or acknowledgment are ridiculous.
