Dr. Patrick M. Burke, Ph.D. serves as Executive Vice President of Emerging Products of Myriad Genetics, Inc. Dr. Burke has more than 12 years of business development experience. Dr. Burke served as the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Myrexis, Inc. (formerly, Myriad Pharmaceuticals Inc). from January 2009 to 2011 and served as its Senior Director of Business Development. Dr. Burke was responsible for merger and acquisition strategy, in-licensing, out-licensing and collaborative initiatives relating to therapeutic products and therapeutic product development. He was responsible for corporate communications, including investor and public relations. Dr. Burke served with Myrexis, Inc. since 2001. During his career, he has led teams which have built research collaborations and executed product development partnerships in cancer, Alzheimer's disease, depression, infectious disease, pain and HIV therapeutics. Dr. Burke holds B.A. in Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego, Revelle College and he earned his Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Utah School of Medicine.
