I love the open communication within the leadership team. We embrace new ideas troubleshooting together.

My team is so incredibly inspiring in their passion for what they're doing and the amazing support they give.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to interact with the Educators and families. It's great hearing about their experiences with MyVillage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that they focused on who I was as well as the qualifications I had. I value beings considered on the basis of my work ethic along with my resume.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't worked for the company for long, but have been welcomed graciously. The lovely environment is an effect of the passion we all share for what we're doing and the focus we share of supporting one another to do our jobs well.
