What would you improve about your company's interview process?Actually interviewing your potential employee
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Just my personal preference honestly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Allowing me to wear my glasses if its not bothering anyone or to wear a hat or dew rag if i please. Again for a company who pays so little you restrict what we are aloud to do with our appearance even if its not disrespectful.
