The whole system is built in such a way that the support service has to simply get rid of annoying customers and ignore their requests, transfer them to other departments and so on. This is the exact opposite of what customer service should do.

The absence of actual trust, while it is being manifested by upper management constantly. There's no intent to building any. Once there's an impulse of "we should trust each other", it ends there.
