possible bonus, paid training courses, workshops and trips
The salary is not bad i think
Salary. Leave days. Month sabbatical every 5 years.

Long time to work and no one prayed for you to be the best

They love care support that's why they are not just a team but family.

Professional hard working. We also have lots of fun.

We are from a different country and cultures but We have many things in common, is working as a team and trying to help ourselves to develop from ourselves

the sycometric assessments that you had to complete . give you a better understanding of your self, strenghs / weakness , etc
The toleration of getting comfortable with each other with the slow talk vibe
