NaphCare has a good heart, but recently it has had growing pains due to gaining multiple contracts quickly within the last few years. They have at times promised things verbally which weren't feasible for them to provide and have later obfuscated to cover themselves without owning their promises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is open with communications and expectations and has been in the crosshairs when corporate hasn't held up their own promises.
