What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the other people

I've been employed by the government for most of my career. I have never seen managers who do not understand what they are managing until I started working for NASA.

Concern regarding negative working conditions; Eliminating dysfunction in the workplace; removing obstacles to productivity

They are very nice, and they have nothing to get better at except eating all the donuts.

Respecting employees' rights to represetnation, due process, and other rights that are assigned by law.

Managing and not looking out for themselves.

They need to stop pandering to idiots, and start appreciating that good people will leave if they are treated like cattle.
