Pay is good. Raises have been good

the health insurance benefits do not cover a lot

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company has no interest in tapping the experience and knowledge of older workers, myself included.

It could be better they have mutuple tasks for one agent that most companies hire more people to do you will do all those tasks

Higher pay and better retention

Better commision better leaders people who dont lie to your face

Yearly bonus and lower insurance premiums

I have been trying for weeks to get paid. Payroll department ignores me.
