Fair to employees across the board. If you go against them then you will not succeed and will not be promoted and will be on the blacklist
The company has no interest in tapping the experience and knowledge of older workers, myself included.
It could be better they have mutuple tasks for one agent that most companies hire more people to do you will do all those tasks
Higher pay and better retention
Better commision better leaders people who dont lie to your face
Yearly bonus and lower insurance premiums
