Some recognition instead of constant critsiam
New hires make more than those with longevity.
increased earn time for full time employees

Everyone gets along well enough
they all help each other

Be actual nurses and provide love compassion and care as it should be
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
home like feeling and at ease
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more follow up and training. Complaunts are made in regards to patient safty and care and ignored
Schedules are never correct. time off rarely ever given (has to be begged for)

I've never had an interview (Company Buyout)
