It’s paid on time and the benefits are good
The VSP plan and the Overall health plan is great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe staff should be paid equal in most locations and benefits should be universal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well trained team that are very efficient

Take pride and ownership of their work

The flexibility of work and the opportunity to speak up and discuss with any one no matter their level
