Speed things up. When you say you'll contact someone in a week, contact them in a week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many things to write it all down, but our technology is antiquated, people are promoted to roles that they are not qualified for, Sr. leadership is toxic and micromanages their team.
