Being able to actually work as a team. Everyone has a voice, which allows us to work through strategic planning.

They make you feel like part of the team. Everything is made pretty transparent to the employees. They listen to suggestions, and respond with feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team atmosphere. Being given the ability to work on your own but having access to senior level experts and leaders when questions or problems come up.
