What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have the flexibilty to work on site, hybrid or remote. All workers are well connected online.
There is a large team and easy to find like minded individuals
Great team building culture and vision
The people are very nice, fairly easy to get along with.

Poor communication, no core values, vision and purpose is outdated, there are people in roles who are failing, no diversity in leadership team
