Great Manager, great coworkers, low pay. I won't be staying long because of this.

Most leadership is great, very helpful when you're not sure what to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel that the pay is too low; I left another company (due to moving) and my starting pay here is $2 lower than my starting rate at the other company.
