Love my store manager and the rest of our crew
Most leadership is great, very helpful when you're not sure what to do.

Everything. Poor managment. All the way to the district manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get health insurance
I do feel that the pay is too low; I left another company (due to moving) and my starting pay here is $2 lower than my starting rate at the other company.
