Mr. Wayne M. Bolio has been an Senior Vice President of Law & Human Resources and General Counsel of Nautilus Inc. since August 2011 and April 2008 respectively and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Bolio joined Nautilus in June 2003 as Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Bolio served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Law of Nautilus Inc., since January 2006 and May 2004 respectively. He served as Vice President of Human Resources of Nautilus Inc., since June 2003 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources since March 2004. Prior to joining Freightways Corp. in April 1997, he served as an Attorney for Southern Pacific Transportation Company since 1991 and served as an Assistant General Counsel since 1993 with responsibility for labor relations, human resources and employment law matters. He joined The Nautilus Group Inc., in June 2003 as Vice President, Human Resources and was responsible for its labor and employment legal matters. From 1997 to 2002, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Consolidated Freightways Corp. and also served as its Vice President of Human Resources since March 2000 and Assistant General Counsel from April 1997 to February 2000. Mr. Bolio holds a B.A. from University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from UCLA.
