I enjoy working with my team but it has gotten repetitive and there is no room for me to learn or grow any further.

What do people at Navigating Cancer think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Well she's awesome and very smart. I think she has her A game together. I'm pretty sure she's human to, although I can't be 100% for certain.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Navigating Cancer?
Well we have a very active culture. I saw it growing in the fridge the other day. It's kind of blue. I think it should be more yellow. So I would make it more yellow and less blue. Maybe a green. Also it said hello the other day when I opened the fridge. So maybe make it not so smart, or not so hallucinogenic.
