Positiviy, life goes on but if you bring your life problems to work it only makes others suffer around you

Know the role you’re hiring the person for and make sure it’s clearly defined during interview. Don’t hire a person for specific skills then not use
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication between company and workers. It starts at the top there is no organization skills. It can be fixed by removing the barrier between management and other levels of workers enabling strong communication and better placement.
