Vacation time is 2 and a half days a month. Going about a year without taking a vacation will add up to a nice one when you decide to take it.
The best part is I can get promoted automatically.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are many different departments, and not a lot of opportunities to get along with everyone because we are all busy doing our own thing.
There is not enough meetings to help workers know the direction of their work.
better training, more personnel. we always skip training to get the mission done
My coworkers are all different ranks and don't always get along together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone has to take ownership of his/her work
Supportive environment and friendly people
No one breathes down your neck. You know what to do and you get things done. It's comfortable.

The negative attitude of workers towards their coworkers should be changed.
We need to start communicating better.

boot camp was tough, but weeded out the winers
I walked into the recruiter's office and they signed me up for Navy Nuclear Program.

funding. our aircraft are aging and we need new tools.
