No one breathes down your neck. You know what to do and you get things done. It's comfortable.

There are many different departments, and not a lot of opportunities to get along with everyone because we are all busy doing our own thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time is 2 and a half days a month. Going about a year without taking a vacation will add up to a nice one when you decide to take it.
