What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nice people who genuinely care about employees

Communicating tasks and recognizing when something isnt working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of compensation package is the money and pretty good health insurance. 401k match is comparable to other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I make less than most people in my field
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team covers for each other and genuinely wants you to succeed.
The best people around, and that ive ever worked with
helpful team and nice environmment
Most of them are happy to help and collaborate when necessary.

Most people have a good attitude and a good sense of humor.

I think the management needs to be a little less cliquish
