They want to do a good job
The leadership needs to stop viewing employees as a commodity and identify with their skill sets so that round pegs are in round holes.
Provide recognition and reward to those that have worked hard to earn it, invest in them through training so that they feel truly valued and part of a team they will not want to leave.
There is continuous change to the business direction without a clear plan as to how it is to be achieved leaving staff confused and often demoralised. Communication is very poor with inexperienced staff trying there best with little support
When suggestions to help improve operations are not listened to and identified problems simply ignored it soon becomes clear that you are not valued. When targets are set to achieve a bonus they should be attainable and the goal posts not moved to suit.
