    Provide recognition and reward to those that have worked hard to earn it, invest in them through training so that they feel truly valued and part of a team they will not want to leave.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    When suggestions to help improve operations are not listened to and identified problems simply ignored it soon becomes clear that you are not valued. When targets are set to achieve a bonus they should be attainable and the goal posts not moved to suit.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    The leadership needs to stop viewing employees as a commodity and identify with their skill sets so that round pegs are in round holes.
