Great company to work for.
I have worked at NCCI for 4 years, as a software engineer, and although initial compensation was a little lower than what I would expect for my experience level, the overall compensation with bonuses and benefits is nice. The company is forward thinking and technology driven
The company has a lot of good people but there is a somewhat toxic environment in several departments. The organization is top heavy with directors and managers that drive their subordinates like a 20-mule train. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
