Benefits and salary aren't competitive and you work with outdated technology so uiur skills aren't marketable
Provide any benefit. There isn't even a coffee machine.

They're friendly and you can relate to the problems they have

Run a meeting better. Have an agenda, send out minutes, action items

Everything. Salaries, structure, accountability, etc
Anything. Literally anything. Culture is non-existent.

More innovation is needed. Most processes and products are stuck in the 1990s
