If you are ata any level beloe a Manager, you are not treated as equals you are seen as "the help"/personal assistants to management.

There is a good open door policy.

Management should focus on managing engagements over preparing returns. They claim the associates are inefficient and incapable, but refuse to manage and teach topics.

Managers and partners consistently tell associates they aren't meeting expectations while raking in massive bonuses. Pay is near standard for an entry-level accounting position, but appears to only become lucrative at the management level.

Management is overpaid and associates are underpaid.

Everyone gets along and most truly enjoy spending time with one another.

Managers are constantly competing for the attention of partners like a kindergarten class. Colleagues prioritize getting a pat on the head and will throw anyone under the bus to get the praise they crave.

Sense of teamwork and togetherness

Toxic mentality that work comes before all else. We have unlimited vacation, but the workload is so overbearing it's difficult to take 2 weeks worth.

Fairly friendly and flexible. Overall good experience as far as interviews go.
