What is the best part about your compensation package?
Private insurance, paid volunteer time, annual performance raises.
I'm in sales, it's up to me to make my money, commission sales is a game changer.
All things considered, it's affordable healthcare.
The rating system is very fair. We know what has to be accomplished individually to get a raise.

We don't interact as a team.
Collaborating worth the different regions, transparency.
The fact that my teammates are looking out for me, I don't worry about a person taking a sale from me.

We have a good mix of personalities. We are like family, and work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me. I provide the most positivity but get shot down by all the backstabbing. The others that are good people gravitate to me and I give them the support they need.

One gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
