What I like best about the leadership team is their down to earth approach. Firstly they sit with us in the floor, no corner offices and how I can walk to any person at anytime when I require something.
They allow us to have growth and coach us in all life areas. They are friendly and motivational to everyone. And teach us new skills as well as being accountable and having respect to yourself and your work and colleagues.
The fact that I was given share incentives when I joined.

The fact that for most decision that the company embarks into they take into consideration the circumstances and we are given time to process those decisions before they are implemented. Even when we had to come back to the office, we were given time to adapt as well as options of which days to come
