Communication!!! Leadership skills, stop letting active drug addicts work there and start to due drug test not wait till somebody is hurt to deal with it and they don’t test for marijua

Pay is good and on the higher range for the area for many positions.

Accountability - anyone is allowed to do pretty much whatever they want with no consequences and then the rest of us have to pick up the pieces.
