Generally speaking, they seem to be fairly non-chalant about people showing up to work.
There to listen to new ideas and work together.

Seems when compared to other businesses. Neogen offers fairly good insurances.

More base pay would be nice since we've had no product

They're all new so they bring alot of hope and new ideas to the table.

It varies, usually people all know each other. But where I'm at we don't really know each other out of work. So getting to know everyone, they are friendly.
Co workers we come into each day. Friendly to everyone. Were all one in the company

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to communicate better with the people they interview after the interview process. I've had to reach out several times on updates where I am in the process or if they've filled the job. I've found out from other co-workers I didn't get a job before the hiring team told me.
