Mr. Steven J. Quinlan, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Neogen Corp. since January 6, 2011 and has been its Secretary since October 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. From 1992 to 2010, Mr. Quinlan served in various accounting capacities at Michigan-based Detrex Corporation. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Detrex Corp. from November 21, 2002 to December 31, 2010, was responsible for all finance, accounting and external reporting. Mr. Quinlan also served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Detrex. Prior to Detrex, he served in accounting and finance related positions at Price Waterhouse from 1985 to 1989 and Ford Motor Company from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Quinlan holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and completed his MBA at Wayne State University in 1991.
