The pension is fantastic and benefits are 100%
Base salary is fair comp
It covers a wide range of possible health concerns and is affordable

Annual performance review must be improved.
To be paid what was promised
We need to get paid more because every other Neovia is getting paid better than us
I believe for each job your trained on you should be compensated for It.

Working together to come up with the best solution.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We try to tell them the problems but they dont care or listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The GM greets everyone with a smile, never talks down to you even when he has constructive criticism and always has a positive attitude.
My coworkers keep motivated, we push the other to be happy at work.
Nothing really they are good at faking enthusiasm
The co-workers.. The job is terrible and they make going to work actually decent.

They could Honest communication with employees

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process took some time. Had 3. Overall it was positive, HR was nice and hiring manager was great to talk to
Angelica was very nice.. But didn't really know much about anything. And didn't explain.. Well she didn't explain anything at all.

Be honest about all aspects of position

I feel like my job is needed and appreciated
My coworkers are friendly and helpful

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate needs to be more aware of how the different facilities are treating employees
Every thing? And honestly probably shut the place down and start over fresh with new management.
