Check on the people they have working at the plants. Better benifits. Matching 401k. Annual pay increase and pto.

Vacation policy and holiday pay

I dont need feel better. Company needs to look out for the employees proactive not reactive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work at refinery not with nes co workers. The refinery team is great.
