This place is not family oriented

I know that i could make more elsewhere. Ehen i do well, i still can only get a two two rating due to policies. They have large compensation matches for execs but dont even have a stock option for lower managers

If theyd adjust for cost of living, inflation, and paid similar to other big cpg companies
