What do you like best about the leadership team?
very informative about what's going on
Freedom to grow and advance in your career
Some information about changing to a continuous schedule is overlooked and goes unanswered but our leadership team is clearly trying.
They know how to make business decisions and really love the numbers but forget about the employees at the factories

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Comunicación, teamwork, appreciation, equal opportunit
This seems to be a problem with a lot of Nestle plants. Forced labor!
Treating everyone the same the Edmond plant does not apply the policy of the company there policy are different from cooperate policy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus package is decent and fair
Pension is the best part of compensation package
Full benefits, 401k medical etc
The company is always analyzing what is best for its employees. Our 401k contribution is very fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This place is not family oriented
I know that i could make more elsewhere. Ehen i do well, i still can only get a two two rating due to policies. They have large compensation matches for execs but dont even have a stock option for lower managers
If theyd adjust for cost of living, inflation, and paid similar to other big cpg companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is close and agrees on what work needs to be done and is always helping each other.
My team is great they all care about the husiness

people don't work together and spend a lot of time talking and not working

Everyone gets along an easy to work with

management and management family who gets hired with no warehouse experience
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet alot of the supervisors I will be working for
I was hired at a job fair and still had to go through 2-3 people just like I would with a phone interview and then plant interview. They make sure they are selecting the right people to fit with the company for less turnover.
