What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been amazed at the effort the company puts into each individual's success, as well as the emphasis they place on team building and leaning on each other's strengths to get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very knowledgeable in their field, and always willing to lend a helping hand or take advantage of a teaching moment. Plus, Netcentrics employees are the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of working with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Of course the medical insurance is always something I look for, but I found it pretty neat that Netcentrics also offers a legal resources service for everyday legal matters (wills, powers of attorney, parking tickets etc). Saves hundreds in the long run!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive and top-level leadership is second to no company I've ever worked for in the past. They have truly created an inclusive work environment that makes you feel like a valuable member of the team, no matter how far down the totem pole you happen to fall.
