What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I'm doing something meaningful, and that I can always be 100% transparent without fear of "politics." I feel respected and valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazingly smart and more importantly doesn't not possess the "possessive knowledge" trait that seems to be common in IT. They are open and happy to share, train, teach as well as learn from each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I could say a lot of great things, but I think what sums it up is my leadership team always makes time to listen to me, and never makes it feel like they are a "boss" presence, but rather they are their to make me and my coworkers successful by supporting us.
