I have been with Netcentrics for two plus years now. They are a very caring and understanding company.

More communication between team members and less change.

Communicate more as a team

Better communication for those of us who are off site.

The workikg relationship that has been deceloped with my direct manager

She is very understanding and compassionate about the job she has.

Learn to interact with other team members more professionally and communicate appropriately

My voice is not heard when it comes to decision making within the program.

Pm plays favorites and causes dissent between those who do the work and those that don

The fact that my direct boss has my back and will assist in anything that I need.

Favortism shown to certain employees who are allowed to get away with whatever they want to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PM (not NetCentrics employee) on my contract plays favorites and allows them to be held to a lesser standard than everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If talking about direct leadership she is super helpful and understating when it comes to personal issues and willing to work around them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Act as a singular team instead of trying to say this part of the team needs to do the work rather than working together to get the task accomplished.
