Everyone I have worked with has been exceptional. I am constantly challenged and enjoy the work that I do each day. I love learning and growing and feel happy with a company that I feel is trying to do the same.

I have been able to constantly keep in touch with them and they provide immediate assistance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are in a constant state of growth and looking for more opportunities and I love that.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am constantly challenged with problem solving in my roll. I stay busy and feel accomplished at the end of each work week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think my pay is the best part. However the HR team makes themselves very comfortable to work with and reach out to about any questions or concerns.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hold everyone accountable for their own actions. They recognize when you do well. My manager seems to be invested in not just my position but me as a person. Even working remote I have been able to forge good working-relationships.
