The compensation package is fair

The pay here is very competitive

Solid base + commission, room for growth

Hard work pays off... And it includes a lot of non salary based benefits (insurance, mental health help and so on)

it's alright! i guess! it is measured against what you bring to the table in terms of skill sets and revenue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lets all employees get fare evaluation of their performance and basis decision should be taken on employee hikes. Presently, Almost all department have their own family or friends working and only these people will get recognized and rewarded.
