What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is fair
The pay here is very competitive
Solid base + commission, room for growth
Hard work pays off... And it includes a lot of non salary based benefits (insurance, mental health help and so on)
it's alright! i guess! it is measured against what you bring to the table in terms of skill sets and revenue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lets all employees get fare evaluation of their performance and basis decision should be taken on employee hikes. Presently, Almost all department have their own family or friends working and only these people will get recognized and rewarded.

They are not only professional and skilled, they respect each other

Everyday is a new day and the fact that people break down their egoistic barriers as there are no defined roles in the organization, but a platform to prove your capability and be recognized for your efforts. The positive reaction is that every individual realizes that they need to contribute daily
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee engagement and Employee retention is utmost important factor to improve the culture of the company.
new management and HR that actually deals with hostile work environment and bullying.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though I had three interviews, the interviewers made me feel at ease
the honesty around go or no go for both sides was very clrear and fast
It seemed to have the influence of sr. management in every decision and HR is not involved in making decision at every level. It matters to the key people whether they see potential in you.
